Donor Medallion
The Gift of Life Donor medallion was created as a remembrance for the heroes who helped improve the lives of others through organ, tissue, and eye donation. Our donor families are gifted this “Medal of Honor” soon after the death and are encouraged to display with pride in remembrance of their loved one's gift.
Leaf Keepsake
The precious leaf keepsake, adopted as our special thank you gift to families, is a personalized keepsake ornament mailed to each family soon after the loss of their loved one.
